There appeared to be no damage. While I understand the cost aspect, electronic parts should not be loosely packed against other electronic parts. The outer packaging more than likely minimized any damage that could have occurred. Using a larger static bag and folding it over a part before placing the next piece in would give reasonable protection.

Put the order in and when the items arrived there were 2 cards (I had ordered 4). Notified the Seller and they immediately shipped out the missing two.
