Initially seller claimed that they could not find the order, then they informed that the order had to be cancelled then and resubmitted. However, after doing so, they refused to cancel the initial order and shipped after 3 days. As such, I ended up with 2 of the same item. Would not recommend seller based on this poor service and follow-up.

I got a email from the company stating they had ordered opened a ticket which I thought was odd since I never communicated with them. This was on a Friday. The following Monday I called and they said it had back orderedand they would notify me when it’s shipped. When I ordered and stated there was nine in stock. Would not recommend this company.
