The package arrived with the end of the box broken out and a portion of the headrest protruding. The box and internal packaging was inadequate. Additionally, one of the clamping screws was missing and the other was loose. I recommend more durable packaging and ensure all hardware is secure prior to shipping. I am not sure how i could have packed it better. I remember folding cardboard and taping it on the shaft end so it shouldn't break through. I am not doubting your word at all. I just think the package must have been pretty abused. I think if you were to look back on all of our feedback I don't think we have 1 bad feedback, especially relating to shipping. I am sorry I didn't succeed with yours. Thanks for not leaving bad feedback.
