The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product. The micro SD card was missing, but other than that, the item was exactly as described. The seller responded with an offer to do a partial refund and apologized for the inconvenience. Seller seemed like they wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Great experience, would definitely buy from again in the future!
