They only reply to messages between 3am and 4am central time. The only resolution they offered was to wait nearly a month for them to order the correct parts from China. Now that I have instead asked for a refund they are dragging their feet trying to pay me off instead of process the return, which makes no sense given it is a faulty product. Do NOT order from this seller if you live in USA.
