Seller proactively issued a full refund and said to "enjoy" the DVD if it is eventually delivered. Not expected, and certainly not necessary, given it wasn't their fault. A stellar vendor who goes the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied. Highly recommended!!

Plus the book cover was actually better than the listing photo. Overall I'm happy, but I probably wouldn't purchase from this seller again just because I like to know what my book cover is going to look like.
