I do not like UPS, but I was fortunate enough to receive the item anyway. I will be more cautious as to what sellers use for a shipping company in the future. I appreciate the seller taking the time to correctly package the conditioner. The seller did an excellent job overall paying close attention to details. Thank you for caring about your customers.

Seller packed in padded envelope and the bottle was sticky when I got it out of the envelope. It still feels pretty full, but it never should have happened. Also, evidently have have to add another 300 character? It's a hair product. I like it. I used to buy it at my salon but they quit carrying it due to Tigi's marketing and distribution
