Transformers: Decepticons on Nintendo DS is available in two versions, giving the option of playing as the Autobots or the Decepticons. While both versions offer the same game play, the storylines and characters are different, so the choice can be made whether to play for the side of good or evil. The player takes on the role of a transformer with access to 40 vehicle modes in Transformers: Decepticons (DS). The game involves searching for the AllSpark, and each level is linked with video footage. DS Transformers Decepticons is voiced by the actual characters from the movie. Multiplayer mode is available for up to four players, while built in Wi-Fi gives the player access to an online game of AllSpark Wars. Transformers: Decepticons on Nintendo DS includes an account code that allows access to the online game. The multiplayer games in Transformers: Decepticons (DS) are a sports game and a death match. These can only be played locally by connecting with other consoles also playing DS Transformers Decepticons. Transformers: Decepticons on Nintendo DS is for players age 7 and up.
