Seller immediately refunded in full, and offered item free of charge should it finally be returned to them via Courier. It was then sent to me ,as promised, so un expectedly received it yesterday. Lovely item, good quality, exactly as described . Seller definitely went "Above and Beyond " for Customer Satsfaction. Highly recommended Seller. Will use them again.
