The seller packed the mug with great care and it arrived safely in the carefully engineered packaging. Inside the package , the seller, Teresa, included a printed sales/ shipping record including a personal hand written note. That was a very nice extra. I felt that she provided excellent customer service. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this seller.
