We got a scam email just after placing the order from someone saying we needed to pay duties and more shipping/handling costs. They even included a picture which, of course, you could not make out the name. The seller tracked the package for me and was very supportive. I cannot tell you how highly I would recommend them! Of course the item was as perfect as their assistance.
