The order was shipped within six hours, and got to me within two weeks, making it be the fastest item I've ever seen go through customs (also arriving well before the estimated time). While it was used, as described, and out of the original packaging, the plushie came in a protective bag in addition to the package itself. The item came fast and was wrapped in a separate bag inside the package. There was no damage to the item at all, and it looked just like it did in the pictures! It was fairly cheap compared to other sellers that I've seen for this item. Would buy again from here if I find something I like!
