The manufacturer even put little zip ties through the predrilled knob holes so you could easily pull out the drawers to install the knobs. My shipment arrived in perfect condition. I am thrilled at the price and quality of this puzzle board. Thank you!

I expected to be putting something together but the only thing you have to put on is the knobs for the drawers (they are in a baggie in one of the drawers). It arrived in perfect condition, very well protected and everything fits perfectly. There's even a clear plastic cover to put over your puzzle when you're done working on it for the day. Great product, fantastic seller., very happy with this purchase.

It doesn't have legs, as described, but that's not important to me. If it is for you, then this listing won't be the one for you. The condition is really great too - no scratches or dings. I also think it's a great value for the money because I've seen others that are way too expensive (upwards of 100). Great purchase and came earlier than expected!

HotSpot Palace was responsive over eBay chat and not only helped resolve the issue, but also covered the $25 fee that was needed to change the address to fix my mistake. This experience was not smooth (due to me) but HSP was friendly and helpful regardless which I really appreciated. I recommend this seller.
