You may have to scratch off some plastic burs left behind, but everything is functional. After inserting the camera into the mount, you can slide the camera down on the plate to lock the two metal circles in the back. You may have to give it some force to lock it, but it works. I would buy it again if I need to.

Tried contacting and didn’t want to help I guess! Buyer beware don’t buy this item it breaks instantly.
