Even explained several times, then they said they would credit my account exp 2 days nothing was done. Called several times on this. I can’t understand why they would not sent what I ordered! Not pleasant to deal with. I’ll find it somewhere else so it’s been about over 2 weeks.

They were great and very accommodating. It does seem, though, that it is difficult to package the Sparkling Apple Juice and have it ship unscathed. I've ordered from two other companies in the past and had as many as all the bottles broken. At least this seller is great about helping the customer. They offered me a partial refund 2 weeks ago, but I have not received it yet.
