How long would they have sat on my money had I not chased the order? They didn't have the decency to be honest upfront and had to be pursued to find out. Disappointing is not the word. Appalling level of service would be a better description.

The seller apologised and offered a refund but I opted to wait. The missing book was then sturdily packed, speedily despatched, and arrived quickly and in pristine condition so I am happy I waited. Once I chased up the refund I was refunded and had to buy the book elsewhere. Disappointed-Yes, confused with conflicting statements-Yes, fully refunded-Yes, had to buy elsewhere-Yes. Other buyers warn of caution, I should have taken this warning!
