No where in my description do i say thing a new shirt. It clearly states that "This is vintage shirt. It may may have dicoloriations, spots, small holes Etc. No refunds or returns on vintage shirts". As far as shipping cost you are out of touch with shipping charges, $8.99 is a fair charge. I have to pay for shipping materials pack it and then take it to the post office so in reality I'm losing money on shipping Sorry for your confusion.
