There was a slight delay with delivery. Then again, it was posted to the UK all the way from New Zealand. The item is still factory sealed, and therefore I have not yet had the opportunity to view or play the actual disc. However, I am relatively confident that everything will be in order. I blame the courier, for that, however, & NOT the seller! Unsure if it was damaged by the NZP, or the USPS. The bottom hinge is badly cracked, & the button in the case's tray was almost completely obliterated. I'd still buy from this seller again. This wasn't their fault. All items were very securely packaged and in perfect condition. I had no need to communicate with the seller about the order itself but the general inquiries I made about certain titles I received replies very quickly. I could not be happier with the overall transaction.
