There was no reply, so after 3 or 4 days I contacted them again. There was still no reply but I did receive a refund. The card showed up 3 days later. The envelope was damaged during shipping, which is why there was a delivery delay. I again contacted the seller asking if he wanted me to return the card. I never received a reply.
