Once i recieved it was a completely different item than i ordered. I immediately contacted the seller asking for a refund, without question a refund was issued, comunication was fantastic. My only peeve is item was described as "burgundy" on description listing but box and color received were a dark brown shoe. They are still very nice but I was really looking forward to a burgundy color. Oh well, typos happen.
