Communication was amazing; not perfect english but he was kind, patient, and professional. He sent sketches and colour options (we accidentally chose slightly redder than usual). The rug is genuinely stunning: thick, soft, beautifully made (better than ones in the thousands), packaged with care, and delivered super quickly.
