As an afterthought, this may be best. The initial box was well protected so the product looked like it just came off of the assembly line. The shipping and exchange rate caused them to be a little expensive...but WELL worth it. Thank you for your service. Sorry, I already opened the box and have used the dvds. No pictures,m__m

The item is still factory sealed, and therefore I have not yet had the opportunity to view or play the actual disc. However, I am relatively confident that everything will be in order. I blame the courier, for that, however, & NOT the seller! Unsure if it was damaged by the NZP, or the USPS. The bottom hinge is badly cracked, & the button in the case's tray was almost completely obliterated. I'd still buy from this seller again. This wasn't their fault. All items were very securely packaged and in perfect condition. I had no need to communicate with the seller about the order itself but the general inquiries I made about certain titles I received replies very quickly.
