The item eventually arrived on the 18th and although the outer packaging was intact; there was a small hole in each piece of foam and a further fault in one of the edges of one piece. Fortunately as these are to boost the seat cushions on my sofa, the faults on this occasion will have no effect but I remain disappointed for the price I paid.

From initial contact they were prompt and courteous. After agreeing a price, they issued a link for payment, which was made on Friday morning. The cushions were delivered at 11am the NEXT DAY and absolutely perfect. I will be using them again for my sofa cushions. Highly recommend seller and company. I am disabled and quite a big guy so needed something robust. As always Evri were late with the delivery but when it did arrive I was pleasantly surprised how firm the foam actually is, it feels like a brand new chair now. Couldn't understand why foam was so expensive, but it seems you pay for quality. Great seller who I would definately purchase from again, thank you!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
