Product did arrive finally and works as intended with the app installed on the phone. It's a decent product for the price and the seller did ship a replacement for the original order marked postage due. I suspect perhaps a mistake by a third party, but the delay was very frustrating. I'm leaving positive feedback because of how fast the replacement arrived and good communication by seller.
