The condition seems ok only 1 copper stick was slightly bended.Good value for it. And the Appearance of the top part is good no scratches or old thermal paste. Shipping was pretty good considering it went from CN to US. It arrived well-packaged and even came with some generic thermal paste. Great value prospect for what you get, hard to say anything bad about the seller, shipping or product.
