I reached out to the seller and they took days in between responding to have me send a picture and simply ask me if I have it plugged in. After days of no response they then asked me if I could ship it back to them them fix it and send it back. Then the seller, in his awesomeness , refunded my money and told me to recycle it if I had no use for it. Highly recomend this seller, he has class
