FedEx marked the package as delivered, but I never received it—no signature, no photo, no proof. Eufy refused to help or take responsibility, telling me to contact FedEx myself. I paid for a product I never got, and neither Eufy nor FedEx offered a solution. Very disappointing experience. I expected better from an official store. I do not recommend buying directly from them.
