The motherboard was in good condition (used), the shipping box corners were damaged in transit but the board was EXTREMELY well packed (in bubble wrap which filled the entire box interior) and un-affected. There was a slight issue with the cable to connect the backplane to the perc but I reached out to them with a picture of the issue and they were more than willing to correct the issue.
