I had to manually download the firmware from Orbis website and then manually load it onto the satellite. Other than that the satellite is working great!

The monitor screen works perfectly as advertised.  the monitor was shipped in the original OEM box with all the original Styrofoam. And was neatly packed. Hands-down, a great value

Saved $250 off retail price of the monitor. Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive.
