    This was a new item in it's original packaging. The seller sent it in a nice padded shipping pouch, so it was well protected. It arrived in perfect condition, and on time. This is not a heavy duty switch , but is of more than sufficient quality for the job. All in all, I feel it is a good value for the price. I would buy from this seller again, definitely.
