By contrast the seller responded immediately and replaced the original flagpole within a few days. A great example of what should be expected when buying through eBay.

Once contacted a stake was sent out that unfortunately the courier then lost but when told they posted out another one on a 24 hour post with no extra charge at all. Definitely above and beyond the normal service received these days. Thanks again and will definitely be using this seller again
