Communication and shipping were good, and the item arrived sooner than anticipated. The item was just as described. My only complaint is not with the seller, but with USPS. USPS seemed to think playing football with the parcel was a good idea, so the model arrived badly broken. We are attempting to fix it. USPS needs to get it together because this is unacceptable.
