However, my order was shipped from Gran Canaria, and that is not considered EU for customs purposes. As a result, the parcel was held by customs and I had to pay a 21% customs duty plus €6.99 for the declaration service. The seller did not mention this information on the store page. They also charged €9.50 for delivery and did not provide a tracking number. Comunication-0!
