I unfortunately ran into a shipping address problem when I originally purchased the boots for my granddaughter. eBay´s policy is you can’t change a shipping address. You have to cancel the order, repurchase the item, change the primary address, then request a refund. I contacted this seller and they immediately were able to change the address, because they hadn’t shipped the item yet, my granddaughter received the boots the next day.

I even had big NOTE on the Door stating to "knock", as I was Home during delivery this date. Better get another Delivery Service.....Otherwise positive Seller
