My item took almost four weeks to arrive because Australia Post delivered it to the wrong state twice. When I questioned the delay the seller, Karen, never apologised for the inconvenience, never offered to resend the item, and never offered a refund I did ask for a refund, this fell of deaf ears. She instead just put the blame on Australia Post, her preferred carrier, so clearly not the buyer fault!
