Worked straight away after replacing the defect one in my LG tv. LG OLED65C1 and more models got this same design fault which LG refuse to repair or replace because it happens just after the factory guarantee runs out. SAD! TV didn't turn on without unplugging, replugging. Then after some months it burned the fuses in the house. Remote control couldn't turn on TV. SO I am happy now!

I had to replace main board that i was able to obtain here locally. Tv works now and i need to find someone who will repair the bad one so i will have spares for future. Thank You MI Service Parts.

If LG discontinue EAY...423 then it should be compatible with the same EAY...411 power supply unit. Thanks again, I hope Rev 2.0 will last a bit longer than the predecessor did (about 3 years mostly standby)

Seller was quick to respond to my message. Advised what I was looking at was not compatible and gave me another product they sell that was a direct replacement, Normal shipping and product arrived well packaged. They refunded our money when the product didn’t work and they were upside down with return shipping. So this left them in a position of being out the product and the shipping and returning the product on their dime didn’t make sense. They refunded our money anyway. I had to request an address to ship them back at my expense which was clearly the right thing to do. The Manufacturer is somewhat to blame by not updating the part number.
