The rug is genuinely stunning: thick, soft, beautifully made (better than ones in the thousands), packaged with care, and delivered super quickly. It is a thick carpet compared to other rugs I’ve owned. My communication with the owner was good. Very good quality. When I have my room finished I will send a picture. Very happy with purchase.
