Because FedEx was three days late, my friend could not bring this item with her overseas for a Christmas present. Since she lives in New York, she tried to contact the local FedEx for pick up and no one helped her. So I paid extra for expedited and I lost the whole item. It was most probably stolen. Who will cover for my $198.? thanks for getting back to me

The box was packed well and was not damaged at all in shipment. I already had a well-loved pair of these, but Birkenstock discontinued the style so I was thrilled to find them online! I paid a little less than I did when I originally purchased them, which was a fair price since Birkenstock's prices have increased since then and shipping was included. Based on this experience, I can recommend this seller!

My Birkenstocks were stolen/misplaced/lost during shipping and it was the seller who notified me and issued an immediate refund. With as many sales that take place and packages out and about, situations like these are bound to happen. But rarely can you expect to be serviced with such honesty and speed to remedy the issue.
