NOT AGAINST MY OWN is the follow up CD to Dulahan's self titled debut release in 2003. This compilation of original contemporary Celtic music pays appropriate homage to the traditional roots and styles that have influenced the band members over the years . The individual tracks again showcase the songwriting quality of this Ohio based foursome .Historically accurate ballads of the Irish struggle for independance and the Irish American involvement in the American Civil War, are blended seamlessly with fresh new tongue-in-cheek pub tunes and wistful songs of lost love and compromised dreams . Also included are a couple energetic original instrumental sets featuring the the Irish whistles, Scottish Small Pipes and traditional Highland Pipes that are a intergal part of the unique Dulahan sound . Enjoy.

The plate was as described and no chips! Shipping was a little high, however if everything I receive is packaged that well then it is worth it! Thank you to the seller for having this plate in your stock and this one makes the 12th plate in the collection. I haven’t found the exact number but I am satisfied with the 12 I have now! I would purchase again from this seller.
