These are things I usually try to look past; that said, the seller acted in an obnoxious manner during the offer process. If they don't like haggling, why even have a "best offer" option? He had sent an offer on a different patch a few days earlier, that one was Donatello, he asked for $5 off a $7 item, and I told him not to send insulting offers. That was the only contact we had before he bought this one for full price.

The item was received on time except that USPS delivered it to my neighbor's mailbox on the 'delivery date' (Tuesday, 11-18-25) which was no fault of this Ebay Seller. I received the order today, Thursday, 11-20-25, 2 days later when my neighbors found my envelope containing the stamps. I highly recommend this seller!!
