Poor packing material hardly any bubble wrap in a oversize box where it shifted around corners are dented, scraped, and cracked. As for rudeness I do apologize, I'm 67 and can get tired I guess. I thought I was somehow being straightforward. Check out my feedback of over 11000, I really do take pride in my work.
