I Have been using it for over a month and so far so good. Purchased a Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra black. Looks great, works great except Fingerprint and facial recognition which is frustrating bc it's super inconvenient to have to put in my password every time. Not sure, if that is a mechanical issue Or just an old samsung issue? OTHER THAN THAT NO COMPLAINTS.

No flaws or marks on screen or back, and it included a screen protector, a case, charging block and cord. Phone runs perfect, with pretty decent battery life. My only issue was my spen. Everything worked on it except it wouldn't write. I messaged the seller and he immediately sent me a new one which works like new. Excellent communication. Excellent phone. I will buy my next upgrade from Frank. Thank you so much! 10/10*****
