Upon showing the picture of the missing pin, the seller instantly offered either a new CPU or a full refund with no questions asked. Upon selecting the refund, the seller promptly did so with no issues. Responses were prompt, and action was taken quickly. Shipping from China can take some times (2 weeks in my case), but if time isn't an issue, I'd recommend this seller.

However, the CPU works and is running well in my AsrockRack RomeD8-2T motherboard. Item works as described, but the lack of antistatic bag or wrap may give me second thoughts about future gambles. Shipping info was weird as well; three different "your label has printed" dates popped up in the "track your package" section, but only the third one (at one week after purchase) persisted until delivery.
