Item was late to due USPS delays - no fault of the seller. My only suggestion is to ship the shoes in a box rather than a bag. The shoe box was very beat up on arrival, but there was no damage to the shoes. I store my shoes in their boxes, so this may not matter to others. Thank you for a great shopping experience! I totally agree that the shipping bags are not an ideal solution, however, shipping costs rise significantly when shipping in boxes vs. bags. There's the cost of the boxes but the additional weight and increased dimensions have a drastic impact on shipping costs.
