There were scratches all over the control arms and I was afraid it was dented and had bends in the part. Even the end of one of the control arms was jutting out of the side of the box a little. Thank goodness nothing was broken or bent otherwise it would have been a perfect transaction. Their communication was great, just the packing sucked. I would think with such a large item you would have it reinforcedCouldn't show all the photos
