However, recon, free machines, despite their claim, cannot always play PAL discs well, so I took a chance. For the money that I paid I should’ve gotten working Customer Service numbers for the delivery company, my messages could have been read sooner even with accounting for the time difference. I was only serviced when I messaged them. I felt frustrated and lost. Spoke to NZP - nada.

International shipping wasn’t too bad either! Only wish the package had been taken better care of, the DVD case was completely destroyed, but the DVDs seem fine. There was a slight delay with delivery. Then again, it was posted to the UK all the way from New Zealand. The item is still factory sealed, and therefore I have not yet had the opportunity to view or play the actual disc. However, I am relatively confident that everything will be in order.
