It is in customs and the only way I knew this is because the book hadn't arrived by the due date. I rang the postal company and they said that the book will be released after I sign documents and send invoices to Biosecurity. Wish I had the book as I need it for uni.

Despatched promptly, and this time it was a paperback so it was ok in a polythene envelope. If you are purchasing a heavy hardback , I suggest contacting them in advance, and hopefully they will have implemented robust cardboard packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in the post.

There could have been a little bit more packaging on the book corners as it looks like it had been dropped on one corner during transit. Other than that the quality is as expected. I would recommend this ebayer
