Just understand it doesn't throw light as far as the ones with a brighter spot in the center. The switch cycles the brightness with each half/partial press. Took me a couple days to get used to that vs others that you have to cycle brightness while light is on. Not a problem though, just a bit of a routine change. Battery life is good in lower settings!
