However, as soon as I contacted the business seller, they were on the problem straight away. There had been a hitch in the supply chain, and the supplier provided updates, even over a bank holiday weekend! Goods were eventually delivered in perfect condition. I was impressed with the way they handled the problem and sorted it out asap. They send from Hong Kong to Melbourne then to Sydney then to my address. No possible way they can deliver , there communication is very generic. Ebay allows these false delivery times because they did nothing about it .
