When they did arrive, they had no packaging around them, so one had holes in it. I'm not sure if any others were damaged. All this said, I don't think these deserve a bad review. The seller was great. Responded to my message very promptly, sent me a prepaid returns link, and all was good.

I emailed the company with a couple of photos of damage and the very next day 100 extra cups arrived to replace the damaged ones. Excellent customer service. This seller resolved an issue promptly and more than fairly. Thank you
